You must pre-book and pay for a session prior to your visit. You will have exclusive use of the field during that time.
Your booking is limited to no more than 4 dogs.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or no shows. You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the start time.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave or prevent any further bookings if you do not adhere to the Field Rules.
You should arrive no more than 5 minutes before your time slot and park in the Dog Field car park. Please keep your dog in the car until the previous user’s dog is in their car.
Dogs must be kept on the lead from your vehicle until they are safely within the field and the gate is closed.

In the Field
Check the fence for holes or damage and report any problem to us immediately. We will not be held responsible or liable for dogs that escape from the field.
Stay with your dog all the time. Take your dog with you if you need to leave the field and keep it on a lead when outside the Dog Field.
Respect our neighbours and keep the noise that you and your dog make to a reasonable level.
No smoking, fires or barbecues.
Pick up all your dog’s poo and put it in the bin provided.
Do not allow your dog to dig anywhere in the field.
Leave promptly at the end of your session. Allow sufficient time to recall your dog and leave the field.
Take away your rubbish, including shredded toys or balls.
Lock the gate behind you even if someone is waiting to enter.
Tell us if you are concerned about something or have any problems. Our contact details are on the booking confirmation.
We cannot guarantee that all dogs are immunised so the risk of infectious diseases is the same as going for a normal dog walk, as are the risks from natural hazards such as ticks and grass seeds.
The Management does not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure, however so incurred.
