We are thrilled that everything is coming together for Slamseys Dog Field. It’s taken a long while to pull together our ideas for the Dog Field, get planning permission and finally start making this a great place for people to bring their dog for exercise and play.
This week the 1.8m high fencing and secure gates have been installed. We still have a few more things to do before we open, like laying down the car park area and putting up a field shelter, but we’re getting closer.
The enclosed field will be ideal for you if you have a nervous or reactive dog, if your dog is injured or if you would just like to exercise and play with your dog away from people, vehicles and other dogs.
Our newsletter will have all the details of how to book your timed slot when bookings open in August.
We are looking forward to welcoming you and your dog when the Dog Field opens in mid-August.
